Tasting Notes: Crunchy, nutty and fruity with notes of osmanthus.

Osmanthus holds special significance as the flower for the eighth month in the Lunar calendar, coinciding with the Mid-Autumn Festival. Drawing inspiration from this cultural celebration, we incorporated the wonderful flavours of osmanthus flower and traditional Cantonese-style Wu Ren Mooncake (五仁月饼) into a delicious 58% dark milk chocolate.

This bar is perfectly balanced – not too sweet – and packed with generous inclusions of dried fruits and nuts making fun to savour.

A chocolatey take on the classic mooncake bringing together familiar flavours in a mooncake chocolate made for sharing and celebrating the Mid-Autumn season.

Ecuadorian Costa Esmeraldas 75% dark chocolate forms the mooncake “skin”, lending a rich floral and malty base chocolate flavour that complements the layers of fillings within.

Cut open the mooncake and you’ll find a filling made of creamy black sesame & macadamia white chocolate gianduia.

Of course, no mooncake is complete without the yolk. In this one, you’ll find a “yolk” made with matcha and white bean paste, lending a savoury, umami flavour.

Durian and mango are two of Southeast Asia’s most beloved tropical fruits - one bold and custardy, the other bright and fragrant. Often enjoyed together in desserts across the region, they are a pairing of richness and sushine.

Fruity and creamy milk chocolate made with Tanzanian cacao from Kokoa Kamili fementary softens the durian’s pungent edge while amplifying the mango’s honeyed sweetness, creating a bar that is lush, tropical and deeply indulgent.
